Spread over 2 days (12 hours) this part of the course will concentrate on practical aspects of classroom teaching.
This part of the course will cover:
- classroom language
- process language: how to minimise Armenian in the classroom
- warmers/coolers
- course book maximization
- setting up activities
- the role of the teacher: giving control to students and minimizing Teacher Talking Time
- grammar as a springboard - not an end
- giving feedback effectively
